Caring for your custom mouthguard
To keep your mouthguard clean and hygienic between uses, you should rinse it with cold water and dry it thoroughly, avoiding hot water and soap. It should be stored out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources that could cause the material to warp.
Our custom mouthguards are made from high-quality materials, and will generally last longer than an over-the-counter mouthguard, but they will still need to be replaced if they get worn or damaged, go out of shape, or there’s a change in your bite.
